I reached out for help with the warranty and expected a quicker response. After waiting around, I still didn’t really get anywhere or get the help I needed.

I tried emailing and calling about my order and was literally ignored for days. When someone finally did reply, it was super vague and didn’t help at all. Really disappointing customer service — I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.
"Assembly instructions… make it make sense"
Bought this from Futon the assembly instructions were awful. The pictures were tiny, some steps seemed to be missing, and the parts weren’t clearly labelled at all. I kept having to guess what went where, which made the whole thing take way longer than it should have. Like, make it make sense. Really frustrating experience

I guess the support team has been polite enough, but after weeks of back and forth, the issue still isn’t properly sorted. Maybe they’re trying, but it doesn’t really feel like much progress is being made...

"Kind of a dud after a few months"
At first it seemed fine, but after a few months it really started showing its flaws. It just didn’t hold up well over time and ended up feeling like a cheap little disappointment.

"Said it was in stock… but it wasn’t"
This was frustrating. I saw the item showing as in stock on the website, so I went ahead and ordered it, thinking everything was fine. Then after the order was placed, I found out it actually wasn’t available. So then I’m just kind of waiting around for updates, not really knowing what’s going on. It felt a bit disorganized, to be honest. Like, if something isn’t in stock, that’s fine, but just make that clear before people pay for it.

"Really poor online ordering experience"
I ordered online and, i really wish I hadn’t.
The payment went through with no problem, but after that it just got confusing. I didn’t get clear updates, the delivery info was really vague, and I ended up having to chase just to find out what was happening. It felt like nobody really knew what was going on.
Maybe the actual shops are better, but the online experience was a hassle for me. I really wouldn’t order this way again.

"Wanted to love it, but not much choice"
I’ve always had a bit of a soft spot for this brand, so I was hoping they’d be my first stop for a futon and a few simple pieces for a small room. But the selection felt limited. A lot of the styles looked quite similar, and there weren’t many colours I’d actually go for. I really wanted to stick with them, especially with “futon” in the name, but I expected a lot more choice

"Delivery was a total mess"
I ordered a futon and picked my delivery day, but then literally nothing showed up. No proper update, no heads-up, nada. I had to chase them myself, and even then the info I got was super vague, like they didn’t really know what was going on.
It finally turned up late, but by then I’d already had to shuffle my plans around twice, which was a massive pain. The futon might be fine, but the delivery side was a shambles. Wouldn’t bother using them again

I’m disappointed with this. After only about a week, the frame started wobbling, and the screws don’t seem to sit properly no matter what I do. It just doesn’t feel well made.

"Poor fabric and messy finish"
I don’t know why, but I was expecting the fabric to feel a lot nicer than it did. It was thin and rough right out of the package, and after only a little bit of use it already started looking worn out. It just doesn’t seem like something that’s going to hold up for long.
The finishing wasn’t great either. There were loose threads and some uneven stitching around the seams, which made it feel kind of cheap. For the price, I thought it would be better, so I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

"The box arrived and right away I noticed..."
The box arrived and right away I noticed some screws were missing, plus one of the panels had a crack in it. I had to keep chasing them to get it sorted, which was annoying. Anyway, lovely idea in theory, but not a great experience.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered a futon thinking it would show up in a few days, or at least close to that, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected and it was frustrating because I had kind of planned around having it sooner.
The tracking barely changed the whole time so I kept checking it myself over and over, which got annoying fast, especially when you’re trying to figure out when to be home and there’s just no real update coming through.
The futon itself might be perfectly fine, but the slow delivery really put a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’d be in any hurry to order from them again.

"Delivery fee caught me off guard"
I was annoyed when I saw the final total . The delivery fee ended up being higher than I expected , and it made the whole order feel way less worth it .

"A bit too firm for me"
I wanted to like it, but it was probably just a little too hard for my taste. I ended up waking up sore most mornings, so it didn’t really feel that comfortable to sleep on

The delivery communication was really poor. I kept having to chase just to find out what was going on, and even then I didn’t get a clear answer. The delivery time was always vague, and it felt like nobody really knew much. When you’ve already paid and you’re waiting around, that’s frustrating. I wouldn’t order again based on this experience...

"Awful visit, felt talked down to"
I’m definitely not going back. I went in hoping for a simple, straightforward shop visit, but the whole experience just left me feeling ignored and talked down to. The staff didn’t really seem interested in helping, and when they did speak to me, it came across like I should already know everything. Really disappointing.

"Didn’t hold up for some reason"
I bought a futon from Futon Company thinking it would be solid, but for some reason the frame started wobbling after just a few months. The mattress also went flat way quicker than I expected. For the price, I thought it would last a lot longer. I probably wouldn’t buy one again.

Am I missing something here? I only had this futon for about two weeks and the frame already cracked. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so it feels really disappointing and cheaply made
